First through sixth graders participating in Bible study at 8:30 are involved in traditional, small group Bible study designed to build relationships with peers and adult leaders while growing in their relationship with Christ. Students learn biblical truths through an inter-active approach involving drama, activities, music, and discussion.
9:45 and 11:00
First through fifth graders attending Bible study at 9:45 and 11:00 will encounter a high-energy, fast-paced, themed, large group drama presentation of the Bible story. Students enjoy creative worship, interactive “game show” style activities, and drama before breaking into small groups to discuss the biblical concepts and practice application of the truths learned. The small group aspect encourages internalization, relationships, and accountability.
Sixth graders meet in a group especially designed to address unique issues relevant to pre-teens that will prepare them for the changes of the teenage years. Students are challenged to deepen their faith and act on their convictions in a culture which challenges Christian values.
