4th - 6th graders, make plans now to join us for an exciting discipleship weekend January 22-23. Students will spend the night at church and be challenged to expand their concept of being holy. Every minute will be jam-packed with games, food, fun, and friends. The weekend costs $35 OR $25 if you bring a friend who does not attend FBCO. The cost includes a T-shirt. Welcome to KidsLife!
We are glad you are interested in childhood ministries at First Baptist O’Fallon. KidsLife leaders have made a commitment to invest in children in ways that encourage children to develop a growing relationship with Christ which will be reflected in their daily choices. By providing positive spiritual models, leaders will encourage children to develop strong relationships with friends. These goals will be met in a safe, secure, fun environment using active and creative teaching methods. We do realize that parents are the primary teachers for children, and we hope to assist you in becoming the most effective parent/teacher possible. KidsLife leaders would love to hear from you and provide any support needed.
Children are remarkable in their ability to accept and understand spiritual truths by faith. They are able to make application of spiritual truths in everyday experiences. KidsLife ministries will utilize every gathering as a teaching opportunity designed to facilitate spiritual growth and change. The website will highlight the different ministry opportunities for preschoolers and children, so take a few minutes to check out all the opportunities for babies through sixth graders.
